Just installed a digital cluster on my 2013 Tahoe. Finally upgraded my Tahoe with a fully digital instrument cluster — and it looks amazing.View attachment 470189
My cluster and Tesla screen were both purchased from Jiutree. I contacted their customer service and they sent me the steps to set the mileage. It is currently being used very well and retains its original functionality.I have been looking at these as well. My main gripe is the fact that it has an Avalanche instead of being matched to the vehicle.
I am certain there is probably some way to change it but i haven't researched it enough to know. These are also fairly new on the market and I'm sure the longer they are out the more modifications we will see for them.
We need more pics as well, and a review of your thoughts on it.
It is hard to tell from your pic but it looks like you may have one of the "Tesla style" headunits installed as well. If so, which one did you go with? Same question for the cluster as well.
I installed the Phoenix Automotive Headunit in mine and the bezel on your's looks the same as mine from what I can see of it.
I have seen quite a few "Brands" available for these clusters. I say "Brands" because
I am 99% certain they are all the same, the only thing that seems to vary is the price and seller.
Did you figure out how to get your odometer mileage programmed into the new cluster?
I wonder if the guy on FB that does custom firmware for the android headunits would be able to mod these as well. I also wonder if there are any secret/hidden menus on these. My cluster and Tesla screen were both purchased from Jiutree. I asked customer service if there was a chance to modify the middle model, and they said it would require expensive customization fees.
There is no hidden menu. Entering factory settings requires entering a passwordI wonder if there guy on FB that does custom firmware for the android headunits would be able to mod these as well. I also wonder if there are any secret/hidden menus on these.
How do you know there isn’t a hidden menu if it’s hidden? There is no hidden menu. Entering factory settings requires entering a password
That's the only thing that bothers me about that dash! The picture of an avalanche.. and it would bother me about the same with a tahoe in there..I asked customer service if there was a chance to modify the middle model, and they said it would require expensive customization fees.
