Did I see a third row microphone?

I was sitting in the third row of my newly purchased 2007 Yukon Denali and noticed above my head what looks to be a microphone similar to the same microphone above the driver in the first row.

I searched high and low to see what it is but could not find any info. Any thoughts on this thing? Is it a microphone? If so, why is it placed in the third row?

thats because it not a mic, but a sensor for auto climate control i believe.

Its how the climate control monitors the vehicles interior ambient temprature..
