Did I get the wrong keys?

bought a rough country leveling kit a couple months back, and with my keys maxed out I'm only at 38" fender height in the front. Wanting to get the height to 39" if possible...suggestions on aftermarket keys?? Or what else needs to be done

How much more adjustment do you have in your bolts for the keys? Also, what do your angles look like currently?
