Decelerate Car = Decelerate Blower Motor?

I know this sounds extremely odd, but I have noticed this sometimes but certainly not always. Sometimes....when I am coming to a quick slowdown in my 08 Yukon, I can hear the A/C blower motor get softer or blow at a lower speed briefly and then go back to blowing as it was.

Yes... that happens to me as well. Did it on my Sierra too. I suppose it has something to do with the charging system during the decel.
