Dashboard panel removal

Hey guys -

Anyone know how to remove this panel on the dashboard, and maybe a part number? (Image below)

I'm looking at some different options for mounting phone/radio and wondering if that panel comes off easy - if its not too pricey to replace, and easy to remove, I might consider drilling some holes here for a mounting solution.

Ok, no responses, so I guess everyone things I'm a moron - and thats fair.... Just in case anyone else was wondering, I just figured out that's the lid for the instrument panel storage cubby.

So now I guess I need to find the part number for a new lid and find out how much they cost in case I need to replace it after drilling through it.
