Found a take off set locally for a VERY good price, with 275/50/20s.

Only was able to find one pic showing them on a T/Y and it is of gringoloco's unflared and lowered Yukon. Anyone seen them on a flared & stock height Tahoe?

With any luck they'll still be available this weekend when I get paid, and the PO's Platinum 191 Sentinels will be history. Those have peeling chrome, and are just way heavy. They look a little rent-a-tire too :) Wouldn't be bad refinished in a graphite color, but I bet they cost me 2 mpg at least over a more moderate size wheel/tire combo.

Keep your fingers crossed for me, this would be the biggest thing I wanted to change, hopefully i can install an ipod adapter, new 02s, new plugs at .04, and an oil change in the next week or two before I get busy again.

then i just need to go Vulture on an escalade or denali and get nav/amp/6 disc (wiring?) and cluster overlay.

well they look great on his truck... I like my wheels because they are 100% flush with the flare, if I did not have the flare they would stick past the truck.

My point is, those look to be sucked in from the flare (which I personally would not like)

You'd need to drop it a bit or get some larger tires. Those are nice wheels I almost had a set and the ******* dropped out of the deal. I say 2/3 and you'd be set otherwise sell the tires and get some 275/55/20s or it will look weird.

Yeah, I had mistyped the size, they were 275/55/20, but unfortunately they are already sold. :( Dang it!!! NO surprise at only $650 though.
Found an 05 esky partout in CL though... maybe i'l get really lucky and be able to get a gauge face, vent caps, plus a nav/amp/changer system off it.

I like the color of that Yukon, I havent seen that color before, mine is like a dime a dozen, and if it isnt on a Yukon, you'll see five pickups drive by in the Pewter color

Ahh but there's a reason for that. It's popular and everyone wants it, and it appears if you ever want to sell it chances are there would be lots of folks that are looking for that color :)
