I have a 2001 Tahoe sitting on 20in. rims(they came with the truck) but the tires areg etting low and it is so expencive for new ones, so I was thinking just get a new set or rims/tires for the same price as just tires... Anyway, I saw a set of c5 corvette rims, 17 in front 18 in back... Will they work on my truck or will there be a huge gap in the wheel well, or how would they look? Anyone else done it or seen this done before? Thanks guys! Any suggestions/help is appreciated! :Handshake:

Those look so awesome... I dont think they will look that good on my truck tho... Just such a good deal! 550 for a set of them... How much did it cost for all the spacers and everything?

For 550 I'd buy them and turn around and sell them for profit if they are in that good of shape. Turn it into a money making deal

A couple months back I bought some new 2011 Denali 20" rims for $550. They were only on the truck for a week and were in perfect condition but for whatever reason the guy had no luck selling them on CL. I bought them and 3 days later sold them for 750. Probably sold them too cheap but they didn't have tires or sensors with them. I'd originally planned on running them on my burb but couldn't locate any center caps that didn't say GMC on them so I bought them knowing I could flip them quickly if necessary.

I say all this to say that I'd think you wouldn't be out the 550 for long if they are OEM rims in good shape

Yea, that is true... I could use money... Gas prices are ******* killing me. I mean. I used to have a 94 F250 with an inline 6 that got 9mpg on a good day so like 14 is good to me but holy shit still... On top of that I need tires coming up... Hey does anyones engine idle kinda rough? What do I do for it.. It has 125k miles
