Hello All,

For the Corsa owners with a 6.2 and dual rear exhaust. I've had the Corsa for going on for about a month, love it. However, I don't like the way the tips align in the rear facia. No matter what I do, I can't seem to get them centered in the rear facia cutouts, e.g. I can't bend them inwards without changing the y-pipe alignment. Both exhaust tips sit further outwards. Currently, there's a gap of about 2" from the outer facia line. This is consistent on both sides.

Additionally, I cannot raise them any further with the stock hanger, this may be "by-design". I can, of course, change the horizontal alignment of the tip itself but the overall hang is as far up as the bracket will go. There's currently about 1 1/2" gap above the tip.

I was wondering if the other 6.2 Corsa owners out there with a 21+ Chevy or similar rear facia could snap a couple shots of there rear-ends. I wasn't able to get a consistent consensus with googling photos. I'm not sure if the y-pipe from Corsa was bent a bit off/wider then usual or if I'm just being to damn picky. I'd prefer them to be centered.

Thanks in advance

Here is mine.
Thank you. Looks very similar I guess. Hmm.
The 2 sets of photos look identical to me. Probably a poor CAD build-up for the design specs.
I'm beginning to think so... Upon closer look at the photo on the Corsa site (I should I looked closer but figured it was a tip fitment issue). It also looks pushed out, yet the rear tip alignments had me thrown off.

Update: I contacted Corsa/TMG via the warranty form. Took a bit to get a response but recently heard back. According to TMG, they’ve received other complaints from shops installing this model exhaust with the same issue. They’re going to send me a new Y-pipe and passenger tail pipe. Excellent customer service.

Installed the new Y-pipe and passenger tailpipe. It’s as close to perfect as it’s gonna get. Much better alignment. The passenger side pipe still pushing more outside than driver but I can live with it.

No longer has that droopy/poorly hung look and no longer almost touching the facia.

Very thankful that Corsa owned it and fixed the issue. Great company!

Great to hear this company is taking the dissatisfaction seriously, and addressing the problem with what sounds like excellent customer service!

Does the 21± 6.2L Corsa have a flapper?

How's the sound when cruising?

Fun fact, I am two weeks into my Corsa on my '23 Yukon w/6.2 and the cold start sounds like absolute trash IMO. Raspy as heck until it drops the note on cool down. I don't know if it us just because my Wrangler 392's 6.4 exhaust is tuned to be so much deeper or what, but the high pitch rasp at cold start is not exciting and I have to change it.

I just ordered two smaller Corsa resonators from Summit and they'll go on this week. Corsa rep told me this will solve my problem they don't hear this feedback on the 5.3's but get it pretty often on the 6.2's. I'll try to do a write up of before and after with these 3 db resonators on it for those that care. Hoping it deepens the tone a little overall.

Is this guy still around? I went to “@“ to ask if he went forward with resonators and how they sounded but it doesn’t show him registered on the forum.

Anyone else add resonators to their Corsa system? Mine ended up just too loud for daily driving and especially long trips. I don’t believe I’ll mount it on my XL after selling the regular wheelbase Denali.

I installed the Corsa "touring" exhaust on my 23 Tahoe Z71 6.2 about 3 months ago and had no trouble or fitment issues at all. Everything lined up perfectly, and it sounds awesome. I even had one of our local PD guys ask me about it and tell me how good it sounded when I passed him. ;)

I have a Wrangler 392 also and love it! The sound is amazing, and love the quiet button. But when I got my Ultimate Yukon it's SOOO quiet I'm dying to put the Corsa exhaust on it, BUT I don't want a highway drone sound. The wife would kill me on long trips
