2007 Tahoe ...From the research I have done it seems that it is the actuator / blend door. It sounds like it is right underneath the top of the drivers dash. But all the research I am doing on how to get to it mostly mentions passenger side. So am a bit confused as to the locations of this actuator for the drivers side unless the sound it carrying over to drivers side. It seems to constantly click even with the hvac off. Cant really hear it with it on tho. The only issue I can find when running the HVAC is when turning on recirculate air inside cabin, the drivers side is blowing warm air when it should be blowing cold. Could someone point in the right direction.
