He did there was a leak forgot where it was a washer with rubber o-ring Needed a new clutch fan also

Now I have ICE COLD A/C !!!!

I am glad that the OP bought it. Since the OP's friend works at a GM dealership and is only 25 bucks per hour plus he can probably get all the parts for basically free that makes it a super smart move long term. Good Job OP and Great Deal for you. Under these conditions it might be advisable to get a couple more in the driveway if you can find them in mint condition LOL.

Naaaaaa, I get my DEALS at O'reillys. Store manager and I went to HS together and its District manager approved(His Dad) I get employee pricing + 10% and or Amazon/rock auto price match.

I love getting M1 truck/suv oil for $11 a 5qt jug

Fair enough for some its a waste of $$ for others its a deal. For what Im planning to use it for I feel it was a DEAL and still feel that way.

Already put 500 miles on her and just needed a oil change, basic tune up plugs wires, A/C seal repair and recharge. fog lights, Cluster repair

I would've bought it. Most of the expensive wear items have been replaced. The rest are items that would basically look and operate the same at half the mileage.

I would definitely drive it and see if you could get it cheaper. I have a 01 yukon slt with the z55 with 329,000 miles and it still rides better than most vehicles i ride in.
I read the whole post now and see you bought it good luck with it. If you're happy with it that's what matters.

Seeing what used SUV prices are now in my area I feel it was a good deal

That's just normal items that any vehicle would need with that many miles. I just replaced my fan clutch not to long ago and the gauge cluster is a known problem, my fuel gauge doesn't work but I just keep track of the miles. I think you got a damn nice ride. That vehicle was well maintained by looking at your pictures, I think you got a good deal and hope your happy bud.

I grabbed our 03 denali xl last fall for 2k, with 230,00 trans replaced about 180k and I feel we got a good truck for our money.

I have put some things into it,

plugs
wires
front bearings
u-joints
tires ( had two pair in decent shape, but I wanted matching on awd ( and I just swapped them from my other truck)

just did all brake lines
and will need at lest rear rotors soonish.

despite all that I know the history of the rest of the truck and am happy with the purchase, and the wife loves it to death. so worth it to me.

I've had my 01 yukon slt since 2009 when I bought it with i think 93000 miles on it. I've been wanting to get a newer yukon/Tahoe for a while now, what years do you guys recommend? I have 13g's saved back for one and i know I've read some years seem to have more problems than others.

20" LT wheels with New Goodyear tires $500

Found out transmission is still under warranty until 2021

I’d love to se epics on the android radio upgrade! I wasn’t aware that they made any for our generation rigs! Real curious to see what it looks like! And teasing us with 20” wheel upgrades?! Damn... haha. I’m sure it’ll look bitchin! Can’t wait to see pics!

Ya that was a BIG selling point on this rig. If it didn't have maintenance history and recent trans rebuild I most likely would have passed on this one with such high miles

Yup $50 labor and I brought him trans filter and 6 qts of full syn trans fluid. Lucky for me my mechanic is a GM LSX specialist for last 10 years "Jack of all trades" has hooked up my aftermarket radios and even done some GOOD paint body work for CHEAP !! And best of all he works FAST gets any job done same or next day !!! for 1/3 of regular shop prices


I'm away from my Esky at moment on a business trip. But I'll get pics up this weekend on the 10" tablet radio upgrade !! I love it, I can watch youtube hulu netflix, heck even shop on amazon if I want via mobil hotspot on my phone. All my fleet has it !!

Below are the 20's I scored a few weeks ago for $250 (FB market deal) messaged the guy 5 minutes after he posted and held them for 2 hours while I drove out to get them west Texas. Luckily for me Walmart has certain tires 50% off on clearance. I scored a set of 245 50 20 Goodyear viva 3's for $64 each. Now just gotta track down Cadillac emblems and have my guy give them a good polish

yaaa been hearing that also. But its only full set of new tires I was able to find so far on clearance @ Walmart
ya im a cheap monkey lol

Need to find 2 more Goodyear 275 55 20's to make a full set, Might have a lead on some for Friday

Looks are subjective, so I can't comment on that. What I was gonna say is that you'll be going "further" for a given drive, putting more miles on the odometer than what you're actually driving. But, then I remembered it has 325K+ so wtf does that matter? lol

Also, your speedometer will read about 5MPH faster at 70MPH.
