So I have to give a shut out to Circle D. I am running a lot of bolt ons except my transmission and 300mm 2200-2400 Circle D converter (4l65e) almost 12,000 lbs with trailer.Now I know a lot of you guys don’t like the 4l60 style transmission! But I now have about 50,000 of a lot of towing,drag strip and hard street launches . O and the Freightliner flat bed I had to pull through the mudd at my shop! No issues at all except in the summer I have to remove my grill to cool shit down better. Don’t over heat but I like 160 vs 200 transmission temps. The other day after 50,000 pulled pan put a drain plug in and new filter and nothing in the pan at all ! I will probably only run Circle D here on out. Hopefully the new engine with Vinci cam won’t break the transmission.
