Changing tow mirrors over to power folding mirrors 2011 Suburban....

Just got a 2011 Suburban 2500 LT that has the large tow mirrors - heated w/turn signals and extend manually - but are too wide for the garage. I purchased some nice used power folding/heated/turn signal units and appropriate door switch from a 2011 Sierra. I went in assuming the wiring harness w/connectors is in the door for this changeover and limited research suggests a reflash of the DCM (?)…...

Am I on the right track... and has anyone been successful in doing this....?
