Thats exactly what i wanted to hear, i think i am going to pull the trigger on some 26s later this week or some 24s but i cant make up my mind!!

To be honest I can't tell the difference in ride quality ... but then again I haven't hit any giant potholes yet or tried to drive in the snow.
No giant potholes in DC? LOL. We just left DC today and man o man! Y'all got some sh!tyy roads! I did see a boatload of tahoes, but only one HyHoe which was rolling around near obama's crib.
I can see why you got a hybrid, gas prices are retarded in Obamaville!

the upper and lower grill pieces look fantastic, so does the black bowtie. It all ties together really well. . .
Sending this pic to GM to void our warranty tho.

Yup yup, it's JiffyLube for me for service until something major comes up and I have to swap wheels to take it in.

Looks great! What kind of grill is that? the lower grill pieces look clean. I wish they had an after market company that made the LTZ lower pieces with the same grade quality as the upper piece.

Considering the pros and cons of a 2/4 drop now as the last significant potential mod. In for a penny I guess ... well, a pretty penny.

Yeah, I planted the thought in the mrs mind last night ... did not go too well.
So I'm expecting the usual two month lead time until she capitulates. Got the wheels in one month!!! That was very good.
Sokay though ... gives me the lead time to do some research as to what I really want, and what it will take to achieve it.
What the heck is a 'balloon' anyway ... or was that a 'spindle?' lol

you need my wife to talk to her... usually I'm the one telling my wife to take it easy!! This month's TO DO list includes: rehooping the front 24's, putting on the Wilwood 6-piston brakes, new exhaust, and possibly escalade door panels and roof rack. Last month was the 2011 Escalade rear bumper.
Meanwhile... my project is dormant. LOL.

Escalade door panels? Do those just go on top of the tahoe door? I saw someone selling those panels but didn't know if the actual metal frame of the esky and tahoe were different or not...
its just the interior door panel, the plastic piece. The doors are the same on the hoe/esky and burban/esky esv. Only difference is the interior panel is leather wrapped armrest and insert, and has a chrome trim ring around the speakers. Atleast thats the only difference I could see...
Denali is the same thing as the Esky IIRC.

Final wheel choice:
Now waiting to see how Felix's 2" rear drop looks.
Also considering Esky spoiler, chrome handles, and roof rack ... opinions on that set of mods are most welcome.
I can't wait to do it either LOL.
I think the new LTZ 09+ side molding and esky roof rack/third brake light would look so good on your ride... but you know how 'partial' I am...
That side moulding just does NOT cut it for this vehicle especially with chrome rims but MAN does your ride look CLEAN (again!) LOL.
