Changing out Captains chairs

Just picked up a 1997 Two door Tahoe with a worn out interior.
Planning on changing out the carpet and wondering if:
1) Captains chairs from a four door will work in a two door with Captains chairs?
And
2)Can I add heated seats if the present seats are not heated but are power.
Are teh connections/harnesses in there already.
Appreciate any info.

1- 4 door captains chairs will bolt in, but they will not have the pull forward access to the rear seat in your 2-door

2- You can add heated seats but I'm not sure if the plug would be there, I doubt it is, but you would just have to find a fused, switched power source for it.

yes it is possible. i swapped heated leather seats out of a 4 door into my 2-door Tahoe.

you will have to run a wire for both heaters in the seats. needs to be relay triggered to only work while the truck is running. if both of your seats are power you should have the other wires already there. my passenger seat was not power so i had to run a power and ground to it as well.

the 4 door seats don't have the "entry" lever on the side of them but will go just as far forward with the normal joystick on the side of the seat.
