Changing AC Condenser on 03 Tahoe

I have an 03 Tahoe, 4.8 and it has rear A/C. Going to replace the A/C condenser but not sure how much I need to remove to get to it. Does the grill and headlights have to come off to get to it and replace it? Thanks.

This 2000 should be about the same.
