CARiD Tail lights

Hello again, all! How many of you guys have CARiD tail lights? You guys have good luck with them? My experience with them has been much less than stellar. I love the way the lights look, but one of them works maybe 10% of the time. The turn signal and brake light part work fine, it's the running light part that is giving trouble. I called (more than once) with them to tell me that the lights were out of warranty and they wouldn't do anything about them. I guess they had been out of warranty by a week or two. So, basically, they stuck me with brand new lights that don't work. Anyone have a suggestion? This is not right AT ALL.

Any chance you purchased with a credit card that gives you an extended warranty? I have one that I use occasionally to extend the warranty when I’m not sure about it.

One thing for sure, this is not good for their customer service.

Good idea. I'll check with her on that. No, it's definitely not good for their image. I'm really pissed at them over this.
