We had a 2012 Odyssey which share the same motor as the Pilot and at 70k had to have the whole top end rebuilt. The 3.5 that runs of 3 cylinders to save on fuel is the culprit engine. Honda lost a lawsuit about it and will fix them if you report things just right. Besides that we had numerous other issues with the van that after looking them up are very common. TBS out on most of them. I was a Honda man before this van and I can say now is I doubt I ever buy one again after owning that van. I have had a Z71 which I regret selling and now own an older Suburban and for the most part are rock solid well after the 100k mark.
