can I clear these?

Im gonna do an rcx 6" kit...was gonna do 35s but now im gonna do 33x13.50x1. If I just do the diff. drop in the front which I think yall are telling me it lifts it 5.25"? and do 3" blocks in the rear can i clear 35x13.50x18 tires with rims that are 18x9, 4.5"bs and -11mm offset? Thanks guys for all ur help!

any blocks over 2 inches id stay away from personally and if you do decide to go with blocks make sure they are steel not aluminum had a bad expierence with axle wrap in a jeep that had blocks i def dont recommend blocks if your gunna do some serious offroading in them IMO

I dont do serious off roading man, muddy dirt roads is all. ill make sure to get steel blocks bro. Do you know the answer to the question?

yes you can run them. Trim as needed. The trimming is light, don't let the idea freak you out

I just dont see why id need to trim with like 6" in the front but i guess im gonna need to? lol

danget dude, what do I need to do beside trimming to clear the 33x13.50x18?

The problem isnt the 33 inch tall tire, its the 13.5" width. If you ran a standard 33x12.5 you would have plenty of clearance. Wide tires and wheels can cause lots of issues

I run teh lift you want to get, even a 12.5" wide tire will rub just slightly on teh back part of teh wheel well where it meets the fender. a grinder made it a 10 minute fix, looks stock, no one will know.

Again, not trying to be a dick about this but get teh wheels and tires you like, We can make it work, no big deal. A little torsion crank, light trimming, all good

Thanks man! gonna do 33.12.50 like you, I just dont know what to set the front at as far as lift. Dont want it to look like I have to much lift and small tires ya know

The only one that i know of that REALLY effects the track width is fabtech

bowtiefreak...do your rear tires stick out much? im wanting all my tires to stick out the same.


992door can you show me some more pics of the tips ur running. I know magnaflow and slp make about the same tips.

No, the rear do not. The track width on our trucks is slighter wider in teh front already (stock) plus the fenders taper in making the tires sit out even more.
