Got a buddy with a 12 piston rotera big brake kit im thinking about buying. Can I just use the caliper on my SSBC big rotor kit?

I would say no with out a custom made caliper bracket. Plus a 12 piston would porb take a 16" rotor because that is a hell of a big rotor. Also SSBC are only 14" rotor.
