Finally got my wife a replacement for her lease (2018 audi S4) with a newish escalade.
I am a cadillac man and gm for that matter so I wanted to get a roomy vehicle for the family. I test drove many 17s and hated all the 8 speed trans test drives. So I knew I would not be happy with anything but a 10 speed. Spent a bit more than I wanted but got a clean low mile 18 platinum with everything.
Ot matches my 18 cts V and it will be getting a similar power upgrade.
The V is putting down about 650 at the wheels with exhaust, pulley , e85 flex and supporting mods. I will be adding a 2300 Maggie to the escalade with a low side pump and lt4 high side injectors and pump.
I already added the oem brembos and waiting for a 2/4 drop from tony to make it sit better. Will be blacking the trim and all chrome to gloss black paint or wrap.
We got the V in March and 6 months later own 2x 2018 cadillac flagship models. Pretty good feeling but I find myself driving the escalade more. I really wish the V had the same 10 speed.
