Buzzing brake pedal at slow speeds....Help

I was turning into my local parts store yesterday, speed was probably about 15MPH and as my brake pedal started to buzz and vibrate for about 1-2 seconds.

I live in a state with snow so Im very familiar with the ABS brake pulsation and this is not what Im describing.

It happened again today going over a speed hump, a slight buzz, but not as strong or as pronounced as a ABS pulse.
Pulling into my parts store is a similar "bounce" as I turn right off the main road and the nose of the truck dives down into the lower parking lot.

The buzz seems to have taken place when I was descending over a incline or hump with light pressure on the pedal.
The buzz is not mechanical feeling, more computer controlled. The best I can describe it is if someone taped a cellphone to my brake pedal and called it while I had my foot on it.
Anyone have any ideas?

most likely one of the front abs sensors is getting faulty, if the hub's feel ok then grab a $15-20 abs sensor and swap it with one of the two front sensors, if the problem remains then switch it to the other side. both front sensors are the same part.

I just bought brand new rotors for front and back. Should I just have the front hubs replaced at the same time the new rotors go on?
Im at 71K, It would be a shame to already have all that apart and not replace a hub if it needs replacing. I also just put larger tires on it a few months ago. 285/70/17 BFG's...

not unless there is detectable play, if it doesn't wiggle and doesn't make noise when you spin the wheel then it is most likely just the sensor
if you don't have a scanner that can read abs live data then it's a cheap gamble to just try one abs sensor

Very strange that they would be going off only on humps or bumps...?

Should this have thrown a code? My light is already on because of a p046, so I wouldn't know.
