Brembo question

I have a 2020, do the 2021-current Brembo calipers fit the older spindle & clear 22”s?

I am having an easier time finding Brembo’s for the current body style than the 15-20

I have these rims. I’ve heard something about shimming between the caliper & spindle, so I’m guessing it’s like the shimming I had to do for the Wilwoods on my Camaro. But also read they didn’t clear some rims.

20" or 22" wheels provided by GM OE will clear the GM PPV's 6-piston calipers with no issue.
Looking at those wheels, there's a chance you may need to add some small shims?

Take a look at these 17" wheels that are known to clear the 4-piston calipers.

I'm far from a wheels expert, but see how the barrel and the lugnuts are deeper than the rest of the wheel?
Yours look more flush, so the calipers might get too close to the spokes.

You can use this kit to make those 6piston ppv brembos fit the fronts. You do have to grind a little of the spindle ear to let the caliper bolt hole line up correctly. Takes some trial and error and patience but not bad at all.

Totally worth it though, although i did loose the function of using my factory wheel lock

Yeah I searched & searched & then found your write up. You did the tears from a Camaro with the adapter brackets correct?

FYI just checked the space between front caliper and wheel with that wheel spacer installed its right about 5mm from wheel to caliper
