Hey all!, new here but i just bought a 2012 Chevy Tahoe PPV, and the brake lights don't work. The fuses are all good, I did find the headlight flasher unit and promptly removed it, but nothing changed. I know the brake light bulbs still work cause the running lights also work, I ran a diagnostics on the BCM and saw that it was sending signal to the brake lights. When I removed the radio and climate controls while looking for the wire loom for the original center console i found them all cut and wrapped in electrical tape. Can I get some help sorting out all the wires? (they are all cut really short and its hard to see them). Could their also be a separate flasher unit for the brake/reverse lights?
Thanks!

Welcome to the Forum from NH.

Lots of knowledgeable folks here who freely share their knowledge, experiences, and perspectives. Knowledge is power.

I hope that you will become a participating member in the Forum's discussions.

Pics of the truck, please. If we can't see it, it does not exist.

I cannot personally assist you with your issue, but other members of this Forum much more knowledgeable than me in this area will chime in.

You can get wiring diagrams on www.charm.li , but I don't know if they include modifications made to PPV's.
