Bracket Removal Help (Harness Support at Coil)

Does anyone have insight as to how to remove this bracket?

The easy access nuts at the base of the coil support have been removed. I have tried removing the nut at the rear of the block (Grounding Lug I believe), and any other fasteners I could find nearby with no avail.

I bent it out of the way for now but I would love to know how to remove it.
