bolt pattern difference between 03 and 10 ?

i've heard thru the grapevine there maybe a slight size difference between the 03 model year and 2010 tahoe bolt pattern for the wheels and hoping someone can confirm or not if this is true. i've got a set on craigs list im considering but before i make the drive i'd like to know. thanks
