yes. it will replace your factory vcim that came with your truck (the non-bluetooth one)

No you will not be able to do that

You cannot cycle through your contacts but you can save voice recongnized names so that all you have to do is say the name of the person you want to call and it will dial automatically.

As long as you have the steering wheel control's you are golden. It would be the buttons on the right side of your steering wheel. If you don't have them you can add them to make it work

But since you have a Denali you should already have the controls

Bluetooth audio didn't start until 09 so dont think you have it in your 07.

Right. If you have an 07 or 08 you do not have Bluetooth. You need what I am selling to get the Bluetooth capability
