So, in my quest to be able to have bluetooth in my 07 'Hoe and not a VCIM ot be found, I bit the bullet and got a Scoche BlueFusion kit.

I ended up buying it off of eBay, for $54.99 shipped.
The same seller is now selling them for $99.99, so not sure of the jump.

Needless to say, installation was a snap, literally. 10-15 minutes, no tools and it worked!

I currently have my mic above the mirror, but will route it into the overhead console this weekend, after a round of quality testing.

The music streaming sure is nice too! The only thing that I wish it did was broadcast my artist and title info from my iPhone to the screen.

Sweet! Do you use OnStar and does the BlueFusion still allow you to use OnStar if you wanted to?

I have the free trial of OnStar and yes, it still works. The one I got piggybacks into the XM, so it's completely separate of the OnStar.

I actually prefer this over the VCIM because of the screen controls, and the BF's ability to view my phones call log and contact naming at the radio/nav screen. Yes, it doesn't turn down the blower fan, but meh..

Did a freeway test today and the sound quality was great! Other end said crystal clear too.

I actually posted this question but in the wrong forum and probably why I got no responses.

But hoping someone could shed some light on the Bluefusion. I saw in the youtube videos it cuts out the system when there's an incoming call while its in XM mode fine and dandy. But will it do the same in other modes? IE: if the DVD is being played, will and incoming call bypass the DVD player so it can be answered?
