What was the increase in HP vs. the decrease in MPG? I guess I'm just wondering if its worth the sacrifice in MPG?

From what ive read and reviewed and seen from other peoples cars and reviews, it doesnt necessarily lose MPG... It's supposed to make your truck run more efficient while adding horsepower and torque. If you can actually stay out of the throttle then it in turn should raise MPG's.

Couldn't agree more, for "performance" and mpg .. Buy a Honda for the most fun you'll have trying to make it 0-60 buy a Tahoe ;-)

My tahoe stock everything only got about 15mpg. My stock burban got 12. The tahoe is now around 12 and the suburban is close to 11.

Im about 9.8 lol lets just say I am on the throttle a lot damn ricers wont give me a break. But I am really into looking at a BB tune

Exactly that is what is going to happen when ever i feel like buying a black bear tune. Oh my mpg is going to drop even more. lol

So it won't be as bad as I thought. I was talking to a guy that got a tune (not BB) and he went from 15 MPG down to 8 MPG on his DAILY DRIVER. . . . I know a V8 gets crappy mileage, but at the end of the day its still my DD.

Essentially, that is why I was interested to see what your experiences were.

milage should remain the same, but as it was already said, you'll have your foot in it more so you may see a decrease.

15 down to 8! Sounds like he may have gotten a drag race tune. lol
