Bilstein part numbers

What part numbers do I need for a key / spacer lift for my 04 Yukon 2wd XL?

I've found older numbers but the current shockwarehouse numbers are different. Just want to make sure I get the right ones.

I ordered these: (2) Bilstein 24185783, (2) 24186643 and Moog 81069 rear springs. Rock Auto with the discount code I found on here was the cheapest.
