2011 Mocha Steel Tahoe LT

So far I have installed:

- SLP rear exhaust section/tips
- 22" Gloss black GMC Snowflake wheels (replicas)
- Gloss black front grill
- Gloss black front and rear bowties
- Debadged everything

(I will share pictures of these items later)

Have in my garage awaiting install Tony's 2/3-4 drop

Next steps
- Remove door moldings/trim

I have done all of this relatively quick, and I plan to do some more over time. But, I don't want to get carried away as this is my kid hauler/daily driver. I come from a background of modified cars, but mostly European; Audi S4's, BMW M3's, Range Rover, BMW 335i, Porsche 911, etc.

Some of my car friends were surprised when I bought this, but I have to say I absolutely love it. I call it gray/brown, they just call it "Big Brown".

Welcome and looking good.

"But, I don't want to get carried away as this is my kid hauler/daily driver. "

Based on your previous background...I have a feeling that this statement will have no merit soon once you see all the cool stuff you can do to pretty up that Tahoe. I said the same thing for both trucks....:)

Nice truck. I did the same thing. Was a BMW driver/fan for 15 years and it seemed like overnight and I had 2 kids. Toddlers are not kind to European interiors so I decided on Chevy. Haven't even glanced back. Love this brand.

I said the same thing when i bought my truck because of my 3rd kid. I'll only put some wheels and a new head unit since I didn't have navigation I said to myself. Then I found this site and I became somewhat addicted.

Thanks all!

I do plan on buying something more fun for my weekend/summer car, possibly another Porsche 911. So the Tahoe will only get a few small things here and there.

But, I would really like to supercharge the Tahoe though...

hahaha
A few months ago I actually posted a thread on here about not being interested in mods.....and now I'm constantly looking for/planning on/buying crap. It's replaced my former hobby and I now I find myself trying to hide modding expenses from wifey. lol

Thanks Fosscore, that didn't help...
Sorry man...just doing my part and paying it forward like so many have since I joined this forum....lol :waytogo:

^^ This @ubervic is too true. Sent her some SC videos and she said no spending money on the trucks. Let's take a trip. Ok, we can spend money on the trucks and then take a trip in them o_O...lol I just have things sent to the house addressed to me as I receive items for work there so there is never a question...:doh2:

It is a lot of fun like women picking out shoes or a handbag...
