if you buy 30' of 0 gauge wire, that has more strand count and will source, or run more juice for any extra $2 a foot,and be more flexible, your looking at $60...if that breaks the bank, then you obviously skimped on the system elsewhere anyway.

Thats why manufacturers still sell $35 gold plated usb cables too, when a $6 cable does the same thing...someone out there will still buy them...thinking they are doing shit right the first time.

Why not take that $60 and buy something usefull, like e-fans, heated mirrors or something. Or you can just give me your extra $$$. Itès the same thing.

Now I never said it wouldnt work, i said my shit is better which, in my humble opinion, it is way better. Now as for my extra cash, Ive invested it quite wisely. Not with nick nack shit like heated mirrors but with quality good shit like regearing, fresh crate motor and shit of that nature. Bigboy shit really. Bottom line is if you want to put wire out of a friggin crane I dont care, but i was chiming in to state what I thought was the best route to go when tackling the Big 3. Do what you like by all means. E fan is up on the to do list as it stands anyways.

I agree with spend to your budget. However money is not the issue. The issue was with buying into marketing hype and 'I gotta have it cuz it looks cool!' especially if the upgraded wire doesn't actually do anything for you on a big 3. At that point it's just bling. I prefer to buy performance related mods like a Black Bear tune, etc, things that do something for you. That's all.

Can't fault ya on the new crate motor, I have one myself! You might want to consider a BB Tune and a set of underdrive pulleys as bigboyshit items. I like mine. However don't knock heated mirrors until you've tried it. It's nice to have. Think of it as a luxery item.

Like I said. Bigboy shit. Crate Motor, Regearing, Trutrac. BigBoy shit. All Im missing is a bbt and some better headers. Other than that ive done about as much as you can do. And by no means do I consider heated mirrors luxury. Not calling you lazy but in general get your lazy ass out of the tahoe and clean your mirrrors off. Cant say I wouldnt like heated mirrors.....Just saying those are wayyyyyy down on the list. way down. 99kon you got new gears? Trutrac? Liftkit? 35s with new rims?
