There’s a tax measure for 911 services in a neighboring county that passed but they worded it as .16 cents per $1000 of assessed property value instead of the intended 16 cents. Idiots. Now they’re trying to get the courts to let them tax at the intended rate but it looks like it’s a no-go so they need to figure something else out.

I tried to shut up and not completely derail this thread, especially with political bs, but I can't help it after reading this. That's exactly what happens when you let stupid people do important things. Like you said. Idiots. My problem is a little different. Here, they KNOW what they're doing. Which is arguably worse because they do stuff like this....and STILL WIN THE ELECTION. Doesn't say as much about the politicians as it does about the constituents, imo. Smh.

Was out running errands last night and the stations were all pretty busy with last minute filler uppers. The Costco had long lines at every pump.

This morning 87 was 2.89. Time to look at e85 again and do some math. Will be good practice for me with the autocal, too, as if I do that, I'll load the 91/93 tune.

All using 91 octane highest available
Acro 3.899 gallon = 16.5MPG 0.236¢/mile City 18.5mpg 0.21¢/mile .. suspect not getting what is paid for


Shell =3.959 16.5MPG 0.24¢ City 18.5mpg 0.214¢ highway suspect not getting what is paid for


Mobil =3.999 gallon = 18.2MPG 0.219¢/mile City 24MPG 0.167¢/mile highway..


i suspect the chevron as well as shell station was giving me 91 watered down with 87 octane...

. as with the mobil 91oct it's creeping into the 1900 rpm range in V4.. (80mph)


if your using 87 octane you should disable AFM

no wonder you guys have blown up engines and broken engines that burn oil...

Automatic failure Mode is more like it



maybe they put the fuel in the wrong UG tank..or something or scam to boost profits
