barn doors trim fading :(

i was wondering if anyone has this issue? on the barn doors above the glass is a black plastic trim the is beat from the sun. anyone replace/restore it??

No barn door trim replacement tips here but have you considered Maguire's Back to Black to simply restore it?

It's just stuck on there with double-sided tape, right?

I suppose you could just peel it off and paint it.

i havent really looked that hard at how it comes off. its not just faded it has cracks and shit on the surface. ill have to check it out a little better tonight
