Bad Cats and MAF

so today i got my ses light scanned again i have missfire in cylinder four which i knew about.now i have cat efficiency codes for both cats and a maf sensor. fml i think its kinda weird that both cats went out at the same time. i know the maf and cats are linked but could it kill both? anyone know where to get cheap cats and maf?

i tried cleaning the maf with crc maf cleaner will get scanned tomorrow. i know cats arnt cheap but where is the best deal rock auto is like $300.

Buy a universal cat from summit or jegs.

Mine were $68 apiece. No more bad smell and water out of the pipe again. O yeah, SES lights aren't on anymore. That and I built a custom 2 1/4" dual exhaust, sounds awesome with Cherry Bombs.

Magnaflow cats are great, ran them on my Tahoe.

i wasnt sure about the universal cats. i just dont want a cel. im trying to save up the money for new cats maf sensor and god knows what else

The universal cats are working fine on my Kon. The SES light went away the first time I fired it up after the install. Haven't gotten a light since and it's been about three weeks. I'm also noticing moisture from the tailpipes which means they are working properly.

are there emission laws in pa cause if not just punch out the cats problem solved

There are in most places of PA, but cat inspection is visual. Ive never failed a sniffer test with the CAT punched. My Tahoe's is punched right now, as was every vehicle i ever owned and always passed. Just cant replace it with a straight pipe.
