Backup Cam Location

Ok guys, I really don't want to cut into my tailgate and installation would be much easier if I just mounted one on the hitch/bumper. Is that too low though?

That's where mine was but when I got the escalade bumper/hitch cover, I had to move it to the tailgate location.

Do u already have the camera?
If not the BOYO license plate mount camera is perfect in my opion.
I have the boyo vtl420 and like it alot.

The stock location is right above the license plate in the rear.

Yeah but im tryna avoid any drilling if possible and not much of a fan of the license plate camera
