OK, I traded my 15 Tahoe LT for a 21. It does not have the 360-backup camera. Is it possible to retro fit the 360 system to the existing camera?
Also, is it a DYI feasible project, and lastly.... affordable?
Second question... this car does not have a display for the engine cylinder disabler like the 15 model. I searched the driver info menu and could not find anything.
I have the OBD plug in to bypass but would like to confirm it is working first.

I believe your new rig has DFM vs AFM but I may be wrong. DFM May turn off any number of cylinders not just 4 so I don’t think it’s there. In my 25 Sierra the 360 overhead view comes from all of the camera put together so I don’t think a camera change would do much. But again I’m basing that on a truck.

I have seen some 360 aftermarket kits on Amazon/ebay. Anybody try one of these?
Sure would be great add on to have this...
Does anyone know if GM offers this as an aftermarket upgrade?
I understand there would be side mirror, and front cameras to install.
Its the wiring into the existing hardware that would be troublesome.
Even having the seperate on/off switch, as mentioned by "fondupot" would be great!

MVI is the only company I have seen that has a “factory” integration and seen actual reviews on. But it’s pricey…
