Auxiliary not working

Hey all, my stock aux is not working in my 08 Tahoe. Any advise on how to fix/troubleshoot?

Got it. Sometimes aftermarket accessories plugged into the back inhibit this but I am the last guy to ask about audio stuff! LOL

when was it used last and did it work the last time?
if it was working recently, then check the cable tip that was last used on it and make sure all of it is still there, if the tip of the cable broke off it could be stuck inside.
if that is not the case then you could try a inserting a toothpick and wiggle it around and/or get a can of compressed air and blow some air in the port if a piece of lint or dirt got in there then that can cause a problem with the cable tip making contact inside.
