Is the message randomly coming on? Is that the front head unit or second row control?

Any correlation to when it happens? Going over bumps? So long after turning the car in? Etc?

Are you able to switch it back to radio when this happens or do you have to wait until it randomly comes back?

Just for kicks, might take and blow some air around the CD/AUX button to make sure there isn’t something in there that might cause the switch to momentarily “make” and switch the mode.

The solder joint on the board for the auxiliary plug on the bottom right of the radio is bad... it a common failure... it's either pull the radio and tear it down to resolder or replace the radio...
