ATTN ADMIN i have a question

i just "fixed" my signature picture but is it legal?? the site automatically resized to what i assume is the correct size im still going to play with it to get rid of that ugly (click here to view image full size) as im sure nobody wants to see that but for the time being until i figure it out is this ok?
