Are there any aftermarket "side lighting" options for dark turns?

We've moved to Asheville and do a few day hikes out in the mountains. Since the time change it gets dark damn fast and I noticed how hard it is to see turning on these sharp winding paths (dirt/gravel)

Has anyone ever seen or heard of this kind of mod for Tahoes?

My tahoe does have fog lights.. not sure if adding those would help?
