2023 Yukon Denali 4 months old
Everything was working fine on the myGMC app. It would connect and update with all the latest mileage, tire pressure, oil life etc etc. I took the vehicle in for service last week and the app is indicating that ”service in Progress” on the vehicle status. No uodates are taking place since the service. No updates to miles, oil life or any of the other things that normally update. I power cycled the car, deleted and reinstalled the app and no change. The remote functions still work. I can lock/unlock the doors, so I know it’s connecting to the service, it’s just not updating. I called OnStar support and the have elevated it to offline support.
any ideas?
