Sunroof was cracked open during a light rain. Fabric came off. Impossible to reapply due to glue still attached.

Anyone know where to source a replacement sunshade? None on ebay.

Look at FB Marketplace, Craigslist and Offer up -- as examples -- for Part-outs. Someone else is going to need to tell you what model parts are the same as yours (Escalade/Yukon/Tahoe/etc., and what years).

Thanks, fellas.

I don't have FB so no dice there.

LKQonline didn't have any.

Been checking CL/EBAY constantly but nothing ever comes up. :(

If you can get the slider out it'll be easy to recover. I think @adventurenali92 redid his. Hopefully he can give you some tips.

I’ve never redone the cover for my sunroof. I’ve never had it have any problems. I also haven’t pulled the sunshade from the track. So I don’t know how it comes out of the track.

Oh damn, thought you had done yours before. I know someone has done it.
I've disassembled the whole sunroof in an attempt to repair the sagging liner. Unfortunately, the 3M spray glue that I used bled through the grey fabric liner (it was compromised from detaching from the glue initially due to moisture) and it ended up looking 10 times worse. I just have to bite the bullet and buy a new one. I guess an option would be to remove it, scrape/sand it clean, and then spray paint it.

Did you allow it the spray to tack up 1st? I've repaired and replaced a few headliners--what a pita--they're not hard to do, just tedious. Doing your sunshade will be easy, just gotta get it out 1st. If you can figure it out, just peel off the old, use a steel brush to get off the old sponge and glue. They to make it as smooth as possible because whatever is left behind will show through the new material. Grab the 3M headliner spray. Spray both the shade cover--don't spray it heavy, spray it evenly--let both the headliner material and shade cover tack up for a few minutes. Once they're both tacky--not still wet--then put them together. It's better to have someone help you to apply the material because once you set them together that's it! If you have a wrinkle in it you CANNOT move the material again once its laid down, the small spongy backing will pull away from the headliner material and it'll be ruined. It's a 1 shot deal.
Def check out the process on YouTube, just to give you an idea of what to do. It really is an easy process once you know what to do.

Yeah I figured it was discontinued. I can find the beige ones on eBay but no pewter.

I can try to redo mine again but I won't be able to use the fabric. It's far too damaged.

If you still have a Pep Boys, they sell headliner material there.
