Anyone in Maryland do the Free Travel Mod?

So I'm looking for someone in MD to do the free travel mod on my truck. Any recommendations? I called Trick Trucks and they said they wouldn't do it.

When lowering a Tahoe/Yuk/Escalade, this gives the rear suspension more travel. It makes the truck "ride nicely" instead of stiff. My rear is dropped 4" so even adding 2" of travel is fantastic.
