depending on the mileage i would just buy another egr tube. i was resealing my stock manifolds and i wanted to completely remove it so could clean up the sealing surface. i started days before spraying everything down with pb blaster. i got all the manifold bolts out without an issue but the egr tube would not budge even with heat. the tube is fairly cheap off of rockauto.com.
