A suspension lift alone hardly alters the MPG. Bigger tires without re-gearing is a killer. I get 12mpg in the tahoe, 12 in the burban.

It rides great, probably cuz my stock shocks sucked lol.

That's awesome, I bet it feels like getting a new truck !!

Thank you! Yeah it does feel like a brand new truck. I drive it over my other cars all the time no matter how far I have to go. It's the perfect truck for me now.

I was going to take all the moldings off but I want to keep the body looking stock. I do like it both ways tho.

Man that looks great! Cant wait to post my Yukon up the same way. I hope to have my lift, wheels and tires done this spring, after Uncle Sam pays me back for the interest free loan I gave them.

Do you mind posting up your wheel and tire sizes? Are those 16x8 or 16x10 procomp wheels? What model?

Thanks for the info!

Yeah, super bad-ass! Nice looking truck man. That's basically the idea I had in mind for my Yukon with different details (rims, take chrome off fenderwells, demold, etc) Gotta get the important shit out of the way first though.

Hi everybody, I got better pics and thought I'd share. I just drove it to San Francisco from the LA area and it ran and rode amazing! I'm going to regear and paint it soon.

Wow, looks good. I have a tahoe project i'm about to start and have been looking for input on 6" lifts on here. What kit did you use and how do you like it so far, in terms of ride on road, off road?

It's a Trail Master lift. It rides amazing, off road is great but nothing crazy...... Until more work is done! :)
