Air actuator part numbers.

I figured out my actuator issues i been having. I need to change the one by my gas pedal and the driver side actuator. I unhooked the one by my pedal and manually changed the heat from just the defrost vents to my dash vents so i figure i need to replace that one for sure. And the heat is luke warm on drivers side and its hot on passenger side so i figured i need to replace the driver side actuator as well. Just curious if anyone had the part numbers to these two so i can make sure i get the right ones. I didnt wanna pull them off yet without having the parts to replace them. Its on a 03 tahoe LT
