Well the lights on my tahoe with 90k are just starting to get a little cloudy so ive been looking at other options besides going with oem lights again. I was wondering if anyone is running an aftermarket set and if so how is the quality/fit.

I cam across these on ebay and they look pretty cool.

Why not go with oem clones and eventually do a retrofit with hid projectors? The oem clone set on eBay made by TYC is $123 shipped.

Im trying to do things on the sorta cheap. I dont really need the projectors, but the lights I happened to find have them. I was trying not spend any money on this truck since its my dd/beater but I already have an escalade roof rack in my basement, ordered gauge overlays from US Speedo, and im ordering wheels soon :emotions122:

Hows the quality of the TYCs?

It's not that I hate them I'm just tired of them miss my yukon lights suprisingly and I sometimes get bashed for them and I really want my oracles instead like I said there dope for about the first 5-6 months then you start wondering what your truck looked like before I just feel like my truck would look nicer without them

Haven't got mine in yet. I hear thats what people use to retrofit projectors though.

I had cheap ebay halos at one point and they just plain ruin the classyness.
clones painted insides to match exterior is the way to go in my own opinion

I just wonder how the fitment of the TYCs are. If its that good ill just buy a set of them and experiment with them.
