I have not found any information about this for a Tahoe, just a Silverado. I purchased a new mirror on eBay for around $64 and the terminals for the connector. Turns out my 2017 LS Tahoe already was wired for it, so no terminals were needed, a simple 2 minute swap. Remove the old mirror and add the new one. You will need a small pick or other way to remove the plastic cover over the mirror base and a T20 screwdriver to remove the mirror set screw
Just letting others know If they have a LS and want to add it, yours may be prewired as well.
I used 13584893 as the mirror part nber I purchased. It seems to be very common from 2010-2017 on various GM applications.
