Adding a backup camera to my ltz?

Can i add a oem backup cam to my ltz? Is it plug and play? I used to have silverado and i got an escalade cluster to add the trans temp guage and the wiring was all there just not the guage. hoping it might be the same for the cam.

I dont know the answer but are you running a factory screen in your dash or an aftermarket screen?

The OEM cam addition is a nightmare... a lot more work and parts than it's worth. Go with an aftermarket cam and you can use lockpick and integrate it I believe.

Thanks for the heads up im not even gonna try it then, i was hoping it was already wired or something.

oh its factory screen also.
