AC intermittently stops working

Guys,

My 2015 Tahoe AC occasionally, like every few months, stops working only to randomly start again. Last time it did this it quit for like a few days week or so and then started again. I don't think its a leak, because when it starts working again it blows cold. I'm guessing when it stops the compressor isn't engaging but haven't looked at it yet, planning on this weekend. Has anyone else had this issue before? Any recs on where I can look to figure this out? Thanks for any help you can give

Check your condenser in front of your radiator for excessive debris and clean it if necessary. If it's too dirty it will create too high of refrigerant pressure causing the system to shut down.
